Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a Brand and Studio Hub Manager to lead the development of WORQ’s Brand & Content Hub. This role offers an opportunity to craft content that fosters community and supports the growth of a brand dedicated to enabling people to perform at their best. You will join a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to positioning WORQ as more than just a workspace—building a lasting and meaningful brand presence.
While supporting B2B and ABM-aligned initiatives, the primary focus of this role is to amplify the WORQ brand, develop a scalable content ecosystem, and establish a presence that engages and inspires our audience. Your efforts will span social media channels as well as on-site touchpoints, helping to bring WORQ’s dynamic culture and values to life both online and offline.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate customer insights and strategic priorities into compelling narratives that resonate with our community. This is a key leadership role in shaping how WORQ communicates and connects with its audience.
Key Responsibilities:
(I) Brand Messaging & Positioning
Shape and evolve WORQ’s brand voice across all communications
Co-develop messaging frameworks for different segments, from startups to corporates
Partner with leadership to craft narratives that reflect both internal culture and external value
(II) Content Strategy & Curation
Own and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, email, blog, landing pages, and internal campaigns
Curate and create stories that deepen brand relevance and industry authority
Work with creatives, writers, and vendors to deliver content with polish and purpose
(III) Social Amplification & Engagement
Manage and grow WORQ’s presence on LinkedIn and other key platforms
Lead engagement strategies to strengthen community and visibility among business audiences
Amplify high-value content and stories through strategic paid or organic distribution
(IV) Persona & Funnel Marketing Support
Collaborate with teams to define customer personas, journeys, and pain points
Support ABM-style campaigns by creating targeted messaging and content assets
Leverage insights and data to refine targeting, increase reach, and improve outcomes
(V) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with sales, operations, and community teams to ensure messaging reflects real-time priorities
Support event storytelling, PR, launches, and internal initiatives that build buzz and trust
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in content, brand, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic or managerial role
Strong written communication skills with a sharp editorial eye
Proven track record in multi-channel content strategy and brand storytelling
Experience working in B2B or service-based environments (or willingness to adapt from B2C)
Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong execution ownership
Additional Information
