- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of hairstylists, beauticians, and front-desk staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and performance appraisals.
- Manage appointment scheduling, manpower planning, and daily operations.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of the outlet according to company standards.
- Drive branch sales and manage KPIs including monthly revenue and profit targets.
- Handle inventory, stock ordering, and cost control.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities at the branch level.
- Prepare reports for management and attend regular meetings.
