Key Responsibilities :
-Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
-Assist customers in selecting clothing, sizes, and styles to meet their preferences.
-Maintain knowledge of current promotions, new arrivals, and store policies.
-Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
-Keep the boutique neat, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
-Replenish stock on display and arrange merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts.
-Process exchanges, returns, and refunds in line with store policies.
-Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
-Support the team in meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
