Summary of Position
Responsible for delivering subject-specific teaching (BM), guiding student development, supporting co-curricular and exam activities, maintaining academic records, and contributing to school operations and events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct dynamic and effective lessons in designated subjects, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals and exam requirements.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning while enhancing students’ critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Track student performance and offer personalized academic support to help them meet learning objectives.
- Promote positive behavior and uphold a respectful, inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare students for school and external examinations through comprehensive revision and assessment materials.
- Engage in co-curricular activities by planning sessions, tracking participation, and supporting student involvement.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and represent the school during relevant events and activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation of attendance, assignments, and academic progress via the School Education Management System (SEMS).
- Participate actively in staff meetings, school programs, and collaborative efforts for student development.
- Act as an invigilator for both internal assessments and external (CIE) examinations, when assigned.
Requirements :
Education : At least a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with appropriately related professional and / or teaching experience.
Experience : At least 2 years relevant experience.
