Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination, data exchange, and collaboration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with project stakeholders.
- Prepare technical drawings, coordinate CSD drawings, and ensure proper documentation.
- Utilize BIM for the creation of shop drawings and related documentation.
- Produce and review construction shop drawings and as-built documents.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with construction project stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce BIM standards, processes, and templates across projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
- Manage BIM team activities, including model coordination, clash detection, and resolving technical issues as a BIM Manager.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams to ensure optimal use of BIM tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align BIM goals with project objectives.
- Evaluate BIM project progress, reporting to leadership on performance and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must include Portfolio in Resume
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the construction or engineering industry;
- Proficient in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD;
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project workflows;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
