We are looking for a Billing Clerk who is meticulous, organized, and able to think creatively when solving problems. You will handle the full billing process from accurate data entry to liaising with the logistics team ensuring smooth operations and accurate invoicing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a background in administration, and isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas for improving workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and send invoices to customers promptly.
- Perform billing, payments and account transactions with accuracy.
- Work closely with logistics to confirm shipment details and match delivery records with invoices.
- Maintain and organize billing records, receipts and administrative documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Suggest and implement creative process improvements for billing and admin tasks.
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in data entry, billing, or administrative functions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
- A proactive attitude with a creative mindset for problem-solving.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
