Job purpose
- Cashiers take payments from customers in exchange of goods or services while providing them with exemplary customer service.
Job Description
- Handle cashier's role (charging, billing & payment).
- Collect outstanding payment and prepare monthly outstanding report.
- To ensure update daily collection report on daily basis.
- Checking on overall payment.
- Responsible for daily sales collection and keep accurate records of daily transactions.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amount are correct and tally with the MHIS and credit card payments received to ensure no discrepancies.
- Responsible for cash, credit card payments records received.
- Prepare and provide accurate invoices for customers; collect payment accordingly
- To ensure high safety and ethical practise standards.
- To ensure high standard operating protocol is adhere to.
- Provide administrative and management support.
Job requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Knowledge in MS Office.
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Provide administrative and management support.
- Possess analytical, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team player and effective communication skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
