Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their beauty and wellness needs.
- Recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments and wellness services based on client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, including skin care treatments, aesthetic procedures, and wellness programs.
- Assist with booking appointments, client follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to treatment.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating content, engaging with social media, and assisting in promotional campaigns.
- Ensure the treatment areas are well-maintained and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering aftercare advice and follow-up support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty consulting, wellness, or related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
