Job Description
- Advise customers by greeting them, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable skincare or makeup products.
- Demonstrate the correct use and application of beauty, haircare, and skincare products.
- Handle product sales, process purchases, manage returns, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through after-sales follow-up and client profiling.
- Ensure product displays, shelves, and promotional materials are attractive, well-stocked, and up to date.
- Monitor stock levels, re-order products when necessary, and check expiry dates.
- Travel between retail locations to adjust displays, place promotional materials, and verify pricing.
- Collect feedback, analyse retail practices, and suggest improvements to drive sales.
- Train retail staff on brand standards, product knowledge, and merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in planning and supporting in-store promotions, product launches, and beauty events.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in beauty retail, merchandising, or sales preferred; entry-level candidates with a passion for beauty are welcome.
- Good product knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and haircare with ability to demonstrate usage.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask independently.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle merchandising duties.
- Willing to travel between outlets and work flexible retail hours, including weekends or public holidays.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
