We’re looking for a well-rounded and passionate Barista to join our all-day dining café team. While your main responsibility is to serve a great cup of coffee using our house blend, your role goes far beyond the bar counter.
As part of a dine-in environment, our Baristas also support table service, engage with customers directly, and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming café experience. If you're someone who takes pride in both your coffee skills and your hospitality, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Brew consistently excellent espresso-based and hand-brewed coffee using our in-house coffee blend
- Calibrate equipment and maintain quality throughout the day
- Take part in table service: serving drinks and food, taking orders, and clearing tables
- Interact with guests, share knowledge about our coffee, and provide genuine, attentive service
- Support smooth café operations, both behind the bar and on the floor
- Ensure cleanliness, stock levels, and upkeep of the coffee bar area
- Work closely with the team and adapt to day-to-day service needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Barista in a dine-in café or restaurant setting
- Familiar with coffee calibration, milk texturing, and basic coffee tasting
- Enjoys guest interaction and delivering great table service
- Willing to work both behind the bar and on the café floor
- Detail-oriented, tidy, and takes pride in their craft
- Team player with a positive attitude, especially during busy hours
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (rostered)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
