Job Description:
- Preparing ingredients: Measuring, weighing, and combining ingredients in mixers or blenders
- Preparing dough: Kneading, rolling, cutting, and shaping dough
- Baking: Setting oven temperatures, placing items in the oven, and monitoring the baking process
- Decorating: Frosting and decorating cakes and other baked goods with glaze, icing, and other toppings
- Maintaining quality: Ensuring the quality of the finished product meets established standards
- Managing inventory: Keeping track of food supply and placing orders as required
- Maintaining cleanliness: Cleaning, breaking down, and putting away all baking equipment
