About the Internship
As an Automation & Tech Innovation Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment. You’ll contribute to real-world projects that streamline operations, enable smarter decisions, and elevate digital experiences across the organization. From automating repetitive workflows to supporting AI use cases and building internal tools, your contributions will be impactful from the very start.
What You’ll Be Working On
1. Process Automation & Workflow Optimization
- Identify time-consuming, manual processes that can be streamlined through automation.
- Learn to build automation scripts and bots using platforms such as UiPath and Laiye.
- Collaborate with business users to map workflows and design intelligent, tech-enabled solutions.
2. Web & Application Development
- Assist in crafting user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Support backend functionality using Python, Java, or SQL.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and refining internal systems and tools.
3. AI & Data-Focused Initiatives
- Contribute to the testing and deployment of AI-powered solutions.
- Help analyze data sets, evaluate AI model performance, and suggest enhancements.
- Collaborate with data scientists on pilot projects and experimental technologies.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work in agile teams alongside developers, analysts, and project leads.
- Take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team ideation sessions.
- Gain exposure to complete project lifecycles and cross-functional delivery.
5. Learning, Exploration & Innovation
- Stay updated with trends in AI, automation, and emerging tech.
- Participate in internal tech sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs.
- Be encouraged to experiment, share new ideas, and challenge conventional thinking.
Who You Are
- A final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a similar discipline
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.)
- Genuinely curious about automation, AI, and digital transformation
- Analytical, with a knack for spotting opportunities to streamline and improve
- A collaborative team member with a growth mindset and eagerness to contribute

Pay: RM1,030.00 per month
