Job Description
- Lead and manage audit teams to ensure high-quality assurance services and regulatory compliance
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Conduct reviews of high-risk engagements, ensuring audit work aligns with professional standards
- Oversee financials of client portfolios, ensuring budgets and performance targets are met
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, delivering value-added solutions
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presenting audit findings and key insights
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with senior management and partners to contribute to business growth and strategy
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in external auditing.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with the Income Tax Act and Transfer Pricing is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
