Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Merchant Success & Relationship Management

    • Act as the primary contact for key merchant partners, building long-term relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction.

    • Ensure smooth collaboration between merchants and internal teams to drive sustained success.

  • Strategic Account Support

    • Partner with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams (Finance, Customer Service, Tech, Marketing) to execute for high-priority accounts.

    • Own operational workflows including onboarding, inventory setup, settlement reconciliation, customer support, and API operations.

  • Growth & Sales Optimization

    • Identify and execute opportunities to boost sales and enhance activity performance.

    • Ensure supply remains competitive and aligned with Klook’s quality and content standards.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Build strong expertise in Klook’s backend and frontend systems to manage day-to-day operations effectively.

    • Continuously refine processes to improve merchant experience and team efficiency.

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and motivated to proactively manage priorities and improve the merchant experience

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and build trusted relationships

  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with local and overseas teams

  • Self-driven and focused even when handling routine or repetitive operational tasks
