- Partner with the Store Manager to monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and execute strategies to achieve store targets.
- Support in leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet KPIs.
- Guide and coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
- Assist in staff scheduling, delegation of tasks, and ensuring optimal floor coverage. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand presentation.
- Help oversee stock control, stock replenishment, and ensure inventory accuracy. Assist in the planning and execution of in-store marketing activities, promotional launches, and events.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment by leading through example and providing day-to-day supervision.
- Manage customer concerns and feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Perform store administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and staff attendance tracking when required.
- Act as the Store Manager’s representative in their absence, ensuring smooth store operations.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
