Telemarketing Officer
- Accountability:
- Achieve sales target including cross sell target of all assigned products.
- Always maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality.
- Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently
- Cold call the leads given by Team Sales Manager effectively.
- Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Academic Qualifications: Preferably degree / diploma, credit in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics
- Experience:
- Relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Age below 35 years old
- Demonstrate sales performance excellence and possess strong passion for sales.
