We are seeking experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our new outlet opening team in TTDI. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take on a range of key responsibilities, including training team members, maintaining food quality and service standards, and driving the achievement of business goals and targets. The ultimate objective is to maximize sales and revenue through excellent customer satisfaction and strong employee engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive the achievement of business plan targets for the restaurant.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service by all staff.
- Oversee effective staffing and scheduling to support smooth operations.
- Plan and prepare the restaurant setup to optimize business performance.
- Implement all company SOPs effectively to maintain a clean environment, serve healthy food, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the restaurant to support social responsibility initiatives, enhance public relations, and foster community engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Possess SPM. Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Food and Beverage service with at least 2 years’ experience in managing a Food and Beverage Outlet.
- Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn.
- Conscientiousness with analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
