Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure accurate and timely bookings.
- Monitor room availability, optimize occupancy, and implement rate strategies to maximize revenue.
- Supervise and support the reservations team, ensuring high standards of customer service and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align availability, promotions, and guest requirements.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Seri Alam, Johor.
