Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the timely issuance of accurate production orders, allowing related departments adequate time for material planning and procurement, tooling, and resource planning.

2. Monitor production processes, adjust schedules as necessary, and ensure adherence to the production schedule. Ensure products are produced efficiently, with appropriate resources, at the right quality, and in the most cost-effective manner.

3. Work closely with the production manager to analyze and report on production performance against prescribed standards and production schedule adherence daily, weekly, and monthly.

4. Maintain a monthly production master schedule that accounts for customer forecasts, maximizes operational efficiencies, and increases plant throughput according to business planning horizons.

5. Report all production backlogs to management immediately to expedite necessary operations and remediate schedule delays.

6. Assist the Planner in scheduling production staff and operators, and updating weekly/monthly planning schedules.

7. Maintain and update records and information to ensure operations meet shipping dates according to customer orders.

8. Support the Planner in altering schedules to meet urgent customer requests and avoid delays resulting from unforeseen conditions.

9. Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) consisting of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).

10. Participate in environmental aspect evaluations and implement EMS management action plans.

11. Participate in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), implementation of OHSMS management action plans and incident investigation.

12. Implement corrective actions for nonconformities.

13. Participate in regular safety inspections and risk assessments as part of maintaining a safe work environment.

Authorities:

1. Have the authorities to issue Job Order (JO) when receive the request from Project Engineer and Material Coordinator.

Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field/Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience

2. Confident communicator and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

3. Hands-on skills in e-mails, basic computer application software such as Words and Excel.

4. Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.

5. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
