JOB DESCRIPTION – ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (FULL TIME)
1. Operations Support
- Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily store activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Monitor store cleanliness, merchandising, and overall presentation.
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Support in achieving branch sales and profitability targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
3. Staff Management & Development
- Assist in scheduling, supervising, and motivating staff.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members.
- Act as acting Branch Manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.
4. Inventory & Merchandising
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure timely replenishment of products and proper stock rotation.
- Support in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
5. Reporting & Administration
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
- Support budget control and cost management activities.
- Provide operational feedback and improvement suggestions to the Branch Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
