JOB DESCRIPTION

· Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

· Perform day-to-day accounting transactions and operations, addressing any backlog as needed.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives for accuracy, efficiency, internal controls, cost savings, and documentation processes.

· Supervise and support team members in daily transactions and reporting.

· Responsible in prepare company monthly management accounts, reporting and financial schedule within agreed time

· Responsible in checking all supplier unpaid invoices against aging before payment being issue.

· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

· Responsible in liaise with audit, tax, secretarial, bank and other relevant authorities matters

· Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

· Positive working attitude.

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar role

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

· Proficiency in MS Office, POS system and accounting software (e.g., Autocount Accounting).

· Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

· Pragmatic, adaptable, and driven to improve processes.

· Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

· Good knowledge in retail/supermarket industry would be added advantages.

· Experience to lead and strict with at least team of 5 pax

· Age : preferred 45 years and below

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
