- Oversee the assembly of sheet metal components and final products.
- Ensure correct tools, fixtures, and materials are used according to job orders.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and troubleshoot minor assembly issues.
- Managing and motivating the assembly & packaging team, driving process improvements.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Onboarding and training new employees on packing procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with other departments to uphold product quality standards.
- Monitoring the quality of packaged products to ensure they meet company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
