YOUR ROLE
You will lead the Assembly(focus on EOL) manufacturing team to achieve daily program versus plan with excellence quality, best cost and provide excellence service to Internal and external customer following company Vision , Mission. To meet all KPI pre-defined by the company.
- Strong knowledge of assembly line processes, manufacturing workflows, and production systems.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection processes.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing environments. Ability to analyze production data and KPIs to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Production Management are a plus
- Minimum 5+ years in a manufacturing or assembly production environment.
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within assembly operations.
- Experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced production lines.
- Track record of implementing process improvements and achieving production targets.
- Experience in handling production budgets and cost control.
- Proven experience managing production teams, including supervisors and assembly workers.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse workforce.
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in workforce planning, shift management, and labor cost control.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain departments.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for reporting and team collaboration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing production demands and schedules.
- Proactive attitude towards problem anticipation and resolution.
