We are seeking for an experienced Pt1 or Pt2 graduate with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our team to assist team leaders in large scale project delivery and to also handle independently projects of small-medium (rm500k-rm5mil) scale.
You shall have sufficient experience in successful delivery of such projects previously and shall express them in your cover letter and portfolio.
Your primary scope of works include:
- Schematic design drawings
- Authority level drawings preparation
- Authortity pre-check
-OSC3+ online coordination work
-Hardcopy submission
-Assist in Tender drawing preparation
-Assist in Site periodic inspection
The minimum renumeration on offer here is RM5000.00. Please ensure that this is suitable and a higher range can be negotiated aligned with capability. This role is highly suitable for candidates seeking for experience to fulfil log book requirements for Pt.3 LAM examination.
