Job Description:
- Issue Delivery Order, Invoice, Payment Voucher by using accounting system.
- Perform general office duties, including printing, copying, scanning, and filing.
- Data key in & record for cash payment, daily worker salary & etc.
- Assist Account Billing & Customer Services Department on their daily task.
- Arrange & scheduling clients service appointment.
- Inventory check & record (equipment & tools).
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate or Professional Certificate or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask, prioritize.
- Proficient in using accounting software - SQL Financial Accounting and Microsoft Office applications.
