Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative & Marketing Officer to support our daily office operations and marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is versatile, detail-oriented, and interested in both administration and marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative
- Manage office records, documents, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling, filing, and preparing reports.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Support HR functions such as staff records and attendance.
Marketing
- Assist in creating and managing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Help organize marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events.
- Prepare simple marketing materials (flyers, posters, online content).
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients.
- Monitor and report marketing performance.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in admin/marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organized, creative, and able to multitask.

Salary
RM1800 – RM2,500 (depending on experience)
