Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage data entry, filing & document organization
- Prepare reports and assist with scheduling
Ecommerce Operations
- Process online orders (print, pick & pack)
- Update product listings & assist with online marketing
- Coordinate with delivery partners
Retail Management Support
- Assist with instore inventory & merchandising
- Engage with customers when needed
- Support daily store operations
What we are looking for
- Good communication skills (English & Malay)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, e-commerce platforms a plus)
- Responsible, organized & willing to learn
- Working Hours
- MON - FRIDAY (9-6PM)
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
