Administrative & Digital Marketing Personnel

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties

• Support management in day-to-day business operations.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide basic support.
• Assist with filing, bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Digital Marketing (TikTok & Instagram Focus)

• Brainstorm and create ideas for engaging content.
• Grow our digital presence and sales.
• Monitor social media trends and viral content opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or experience in related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experienced in social media (especially TikTok & Instagram).
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/CapCut (training will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, proactive and team player.
