Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and client intakes.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, both digital and paper-based.
Prepare and process documentation such as reports, forms, and correspondence.
Assist in data entry, billing, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Support daily office operations, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Help ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; or degree in administration is a plus.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or recovery setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and general office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Compassionate, non-judgmental attitude towards individuals in recovery.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
