- Report to Account Manager
- Handle and manage all the relevant documents with regards to Sales (PO, Quotation, Invoice, Receipt and etc)
- Maintain a proper document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the Sales and Training activities.
- Plan and coordinate the preparation of trainings
- Liaise with supplier, contractor, and seller
- Ensure the training deliveries are running smoothly
- Follow-up with potential customers.
- Follow-up on the payment status from customers
- To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Ensure the office and training venue are clean and prepared
- Able to accept new revised roles and responsibility, based on current business needs and grow together with the company.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma
- Able to speak and write in English and Malay
- Good communicator
- Proactive in finding solution for solving everyday challenges
- IT literate & familiar with Ms Office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
