JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Beverage and Refreshment Service
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other refreshments to CIMA's BoD, MD, SMT's and CGLT's during meetings. Ensure timely delivery of beverages to meeting rooms and executive offices.
2. Pantry and Hygiene Management
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of meeting rooms, pantry, appliances, utensils, and serving areas.
3. Stock and Inventory Control
- Monitor pantry supplies and replenish when necessary to avoid shortages.
4. General Support Duties
- Assist in light housekeeping duties in common areas or other assigned simple administrative tasks when required.
QUALIFICATION
1. Minimum PMR, SPM or equivalent formal education.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
