- Assist on staff Monthly claim, petty cash, part time & all billing purposes.
- Responsibility will assist administrative staff by providing information.
- Solving administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- Compiling a weekly schedule of employee tasks
- Monitoring staff attendance, engineer and intern student movement daily schedule
- Assist on monitoring monthly billing
- Assist to documentation of Audit purposes.
- Provide report of staff and intern attendance (Monthly)

Pay: From RM1,750.00 per month
