1. Responsible to generate, review and submit all Technical Department Report to HQ.(Audit purpose documents, Stock Cards & etc).
2. Responsible for Daily Tyre & Lub. Oil usage stock update.
3. Service Interval Reminder follow up and update.
4. Generate & Review Monthly Performance Report (MPR) for submission to HQ.
5. Generate Monthly Report for tyre consumption and submit to HQ.
6. Monthly lub. Oil Stock Card update for review to management.
7. Monthly downtime update.
8. From time to time, extract important data from Dynamic Move for case analysis.
9. Update daily Sales Dispatch Report for Marketing Department on Trucks for the day.
10. Assist in HIRAC Assessment.
11. Other assignment, tasks or projects assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration, Project Management, Customer Service and Reporting.
- Able to organize tasks and work well with stakeholders.
- Able to prepare reports on a timely basis.
- Independent and proactive.
- Able to write and communicate proficiently in English.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work in Puncak Alam.
- Contractual employment for the 1st year and subjected to permanent conversion/renewable contract based on the performance for the subsequent years.
- Willing to work on alternate Saturdays; 8.30am to 1pm.
