We are looking for a trustworthy and highly organized Admin cum Personal Assistant to support the management team with daily tasks and office operations. This role also includes making marketing and follow-up calls to potential leads and clients. Ideal for someone who is reliable, communicates well, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare letters, reports, and presentations as required
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Manage office communications including emails, calls, and walk-ins
- Make marketing and follow-up calls to potential leads and clients
- Assist with light social media or promotional tasks when needed
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist Personal Matter if necessary
- Manage family appointments (e.g., medical, school, social events).
- Handle travel planning for family members (flights, visas, accommodations).
- Oversee household matters (e.g., maintenance scheduling, service providers).
- Purchase personal items or gifts, manage personal errands.
- Maintain confidentiality and security regarding personal and family matters.
- Liaise with family staff (e.g., drivers, domestic helpers) and ensure coordination.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PA or Admin Assistant is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Confident in making phone calls and following up with clients or leads
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
