Key Responsibilities
- Greet parents, visitors, and students in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries from parents.
- Manage student registration, attendance records, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing letters, circulars, consent forms, and other school documents.
- Maintain proper filing of student records, correspondence, and office documents.
- Support fee collection and ensure proper documentation of payments.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and teaching materials.
- Provide administrative assistance for school events, activities, and meetings.
- Liaise with teachers and staff to coordinate day-to-day administrative needs.
- Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal/Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Previous experience in school or kindergarten administration is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Friendly, approachable, and able to interact well with children and parents.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
- Office-based role within the kindergarten environment.
- Standard working hours, with occasional support required during school events or parent meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
