Job Scope includes:
1. Uphold and display the Kenny Hills’ Vision, Mission and Family Values at all times.
2. Be the image of Kenny Hills Bakers to promote its “Culture’ philosophy.
3. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors properly.
4. Process bank deposits and other payments on a timely manner and payment voucher are filed up accordingly.
5. Reconcile financial statements, prepare, send and store invoices.
6. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
7. Identify and address discrepancies and report to Account & Finance Manager immediately.
8. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
9. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
10. Managing company assets and financial expenditures.
11. Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports and maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
12. Managing the petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
13. Ensuring that suppliers are informed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.
14. Updating management on any financial discrepancies found during tax filing or invoicing duties.
15. Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
