- Handle full set of accounts and manage personal tax matters efficiently
- Handle client issues and resolve the problems
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Monitor account performance and report key metrics to clients and leadership.
- Being a member of MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) adds professional credibility and offers a strong advantage in the accounting field
