Location: Havona Preschool
Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Finance:
- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and fee collection
- Monitor student payment records and follow up on outstanding fees
- Maintain and update financial records, petty cash, and claims
- Prepare monthly income & expense reports
Campus Coordination:
- Liaise with parents for enquiries and payment-related matters
- Assist in daily school operations and logistics
- Coordinate school events, schedules, and teacher support
- Ensure smooth communication between admin and teaching staff
- Monitor student payment records and follow up on outstanding fees
- Maintain and update financial records, petty cash, and claims
- Prepare monthly income & expense reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1–2 years of experience in related roles
- Proficient in SQL Accounting / Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
