We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting cum Admin Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and support general administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, receivable, and petty cash.
- Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Prepare payment vouchers, official receipts, and issue invoices to clients.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary as needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and document control.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.
- Assist with HR support tasks such as attendance records and staff claims.
- Support management in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in accounting and/or administrative roles.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, QuickBooks).
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in [English / Malay / Chinese – as applicable].
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a small to medium enterprise (SME) environment.
- Familiarity with SST, e-invoicing, or payroll processing is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
