Jobs Responsibilities :
- Issue and process sales invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
- Record and monitor customer payments; follow up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers for suppliers.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification : SPM, LCCI, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred ( experience in logistics is an advantage ).
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. : SQL) is preferred.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and good time management skills.
- Willingness to learn – training will be provided.
- Available to start immediately or within short notice.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
