Job Scope

- Update records of invoices and receipts
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Identify and address discrepancies in stock and asset control
- Cost control management in transport maintenance, fuel,stationaries and others
- Data entry skills with ability to identify numerical errors
- Filling, and calculation of payment collection and other clerical tasks
- Daily cash count, and statement account check
- Assist to capture, cross check and tally data
- Monthly account statement preparation for customer.
- others account related ad-hoc matter
Requirements
--------------
- Candidate must poses at least Diploma/Degree/Professional cert in accounting or other related field.
- Candidate who do not have qualification but has working experience in related field are highly encourage to apply.
- Extra points are given to those who work with accounting software
- At least 2 years working in related field.
- Pleasant personality, able to multi tasking, responsible and always positive.
- Business run 6 days per week.
- Long term position.
- Communicate in Bahasa,English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
