Job Role:
● To handle all project as assigned.
● To lead and ensure project is complete on time.
● To develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
● To provide feedback, advice regarding on projects.
● To coordinate with vendors and supplier as needed.
● Manage all aspects of projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
● To prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
● Monitor staff performance.
● Prepare reports for management review.
● To develop and manage all aspects of the project from planning, external vendor relationships, communication, resources, budget, change, risk and issues.
● To act as internal trainer by conducting on job training for the department
● To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.
● To ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplace.
● To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.
● To maintain the departmental documentation.
● To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
● Preferably Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering.
● Working experience of more than 10 years.
● Familiar with project management, risk management, time management
● Proficiency in Microsoft Project
● Additional Requirements:
● * Preferably with experience in the fabrication industry or oil and gas industry.
● * Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
