1. Prepare and check the freshness of the daily purchase of food (perishable and non perishable) for Chinese Restaurant and function orders use.
2. To check the cold room the storage of ingredients, management of supplies and get ready the ingredients for platter/combination and soup for daily use.
3. To get ready all the necessary ingredients of the day for Head Chef to prepare for the Ala carte or function order.
4. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety and Halal standards.
5. Prepares food properly to maintain high standard of hygiene.
6. Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.
7. Cleans and maintains work areas, equipment, and cold rooms.
8. To take over duty of deep fryer cook and when there is a need.
9. Performs duties common to all rank and file and non supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned by the Assistant Master Chef/Master Chef.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
